1. Migrating functionality of a legacy Visual Basic 6 application to a new stack using C#/.NET and React: analyzing the behavior of the existing system, designing and testing new components;

2. Rewrote and updated documentation for package builds for Russian Linux distributions (Astra, Alt, Red OS), achieving stable builds across all supported systems;
3. Developed a persistent queue based on SQLite, replacing a legacy file-based solution and improving the reliability of the service architecture;
4. Migrated outdated libraries and associated components, enhancing product performance and stability;
5. Refactored the inter-service communication mechanism, increasing its speed and scalability;
6. Optimized packaging manifests (deb, rpm), reducing build and deployment time;
7. Created a universal CLI tool for automating builds and packaging for Windows and Linux (including Astra, Alt, Red OS), significantly accelerating CI/CD and reducing errors during new package releases;
8. Developed a TUI wrapper for the CLI tool, making the build and packaging process more user-friendly and transparent for developers;
9. Prepared technical documentation for new components and internal tools, simplifying their implementation and support within the team.
